Meet The Farmer

This coffee from the highlands of central Bali, the only Hindu-majority province in Indonesia, was farmed using by Subak Aiban.
A Subak is a thousand year-old irrigation and collective farming system. This system is informed by the Balinese Hindu principle of Tri Hita Karana, which teaches of prosperity through Parhyangan, harmony with the divine, Pawongan, harmony among men, and Palemahan, harmony with nature.
